Shipping
Items ordered are typically shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Most packages are shipped UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, and will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days of shipping. Shipping costs are $5.95 per order for standard ground. FREE SHIPPING is offered with orders over $75. Express shipping such as Next Day or Second Day is available for an additional charge.

*We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged the 2nd Day Delivery Charge.

SALES TAX: Orders shipping to an address in Wisconsin will be charged a 5.5% Sales Tax.

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of the date listed on the invoice. Any item returned must be in its original packaging. All items must be undamaged and unused. Items returned in a sellable condition will be refunded to the customer's credit card minus the original shipping charge. Items returned that qualified for free shipping will be refunded minus our shipping cost of $5.95. If an item is returned that is not in a sellable and new condition, the customer will not be refunded. Reshipment of a nonrefundable item will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping and shipping costs of a returned product is the customer's responsibility.

How to return products: Many of the products are shipped directly from our warehouse, and some are drop shipped from the manufacturers. All returns should be shipped directly to the address listed on the invoice.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for products that require a different size than originally ordered. The return of the original product must be in sellable condition (see Returns). Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the size or product shipped is not what was ordered.
